How We Ship
Every order is packed by hand in Michigan and shipped FedEx 2-Day in our insulated box, so it arrives the way it left our kitchen.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is a flat $25 per box, FedEx 2-Day. Everything we sell ships in the same box, and if your order doesn’t fit in one, we just add another box.
One box holds any of these:
- Up to 2 Ice Cream Poppz
- Up to 4 Choco Poppz
- Up to 6 chocolate bars
- 2 Ice Cream Poppz and 1 chocolate bar
- 1 Ice Cream Poppz and 3 chocolate bars
- 1 Ice Cream Poppz and 2 Choco Poppz
- 1 Choco Poppz and 4 chocolate bars
- 1 Ice Cream Poppz, 1 Choco Poppz and 2 chocolate bars
A few examples: 1 or 2 Poppz is $25. 3 or 4 Poppz ship in 2 boxes for $50. 5 or 6 Poppz ship in 3 boxes for $75. You’ll always see the exact number of boxes and your shipping total at checkout before you pay.
Ice Cream Poppz and Choco Poppz
Poppz ship with dry ice. Cold orders ship Monday through Wednesday only so nothing sits in a carrier hub over the weekend. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday.
Because of the dry ice, Poppz can only be delivered within the lower 48 states. Orders with more than one box may arrive in separate deliveries.
Chocolate Bars
Our Signature Crunch Bars don’t need refrigeration and can ship anywhere in the United States. If you order bars together with Poppz, they ride along in the same box.
When It Arrives
Put Poppz in the freezer right away. The dry ice may be fully gone by the time your box arrives, which is normal. If anything arrives damaged or melted, email us within 24 hours with a photo and we will make it right.
